I can’t recommend Tony highly enough -whether it’s trying to reach the top as an elite athlete and all the mental pressure this brings, or whether it’s dealing with depression/anxiety due to other issues, Tony can greatly assist you on your path to success.

Walking into Tony’s therapy room changed my life in physical, emotional and psychological ways. Through working with Tony I learned the tools to overcome the challenges of an unhealthy relationship of 9 Years. Therapy also helped me to come to terms with issues from my past. However working with Tony over a period of time using various techniques including mindfulness I started to heal quickly. This was my first experience of a mindfulness class apart from the mindfulness workshop that Tony presented in my workplace. I found Tony to be an ideal facilitator for mindfulness, calm, collective and compassionate. I can probably say the whole class enjoyed the course. Learning to be in the present moment has definitely been invaluable. For me the practice of mindfulness is not only following your breath and feeling a sense of calm, it is the awareness of the peace, the flow and beauty of the present moment.

The first time I met Tony, I knew my son would relate to him and he could help us. My son and I were going through a very difficult time and our relationship was broken. I completed a four week mindfulness course as part of a group with Tony online via Zoom. I feel I learnt a lot about Mindfulness and I did not want the class’s to finish. I found Mindfulness great for both your mind and soul. The course was run during the Covid-19 epidemic and I lost my grandmother during week one of the course and I wish to thank Tony and the group for their support during this difficult time. I wish to recommend Tony as a Mindfulness teacher and our group are hoping to have Tony back in the future for more class’s. I also have referred clients to Tony in his role as a psychotherapist and I have received only positive feedback on the support that Tony offers clients.

At that time myself and the whole group were facing difficult challenges as we were in the centre of the Covid-10 outbreak and we were all in lockdown and this class arrived at exactly the right time. I wish to highly recommended Tony as a mindfulness teacher.
